At Vermont Wildwoods, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, we offer the following return policy:

• Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as they were when received. This means they must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Restocking Fee
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Non-Returnable Items
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or that are not in their original condition cannot be accepted for return.
• Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@vermontwildwoods.com. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions for returning your items.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged.
• Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee) to the original payment method.
